Team India recently were crowned World Champions when they beat South Africa in the T20 World Cup 2024 final by 7 runs. The nation celebrated the team's return with an Open Bus Parade in Mumbai followed by a grand celebration at the Wankhede Stadium.
Amids the cricket fever, Hollywood superstars Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds are gearing up for their most awaited release of Marvel's Deadpool and Wolverine. In a video shared by Marvel India, both Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds were seen talking about Cricket. When asked about the sport, Deadpool Ryan Reynolds said that his co-star Hugh Jackman was obsessed with the sport.
To which, Hugh Jackman was pumped up and said bring it on ask your question. When asked who his favourite Indian Cricketer is, Hugh Jackman had no hesitation in naming the recent World Cup winning captain ‘Hitman’ Rohit Sharma as his favourite cricketer.
“Right Now, Rohit (Sharma). Come on you just took home and I am glad. But Honestle, He was a Beast. He was a Beast”, said Hugh Jackman.

Team India returned home with the much awaited World Cup trophy that the nation had craved for in the last 13 years.
As the World Champions returned home, they first landed in New Delhi and met with the Prime Minister before flying to Mumbai where they were greeted by Millions in an Open Bus Parade from Marine Drive to Wankhede.
The Wankhede stadium was packed as the team celebrated its success and gave the nation memories of a lifetime.
