Lokpal Actress Meera Nandan Ties Knot With Sreeju At Guruvayur Temple, Shares Dreamy Photos

Meera Nandan, who got engaged last year on September 13, has tied the knot with her fiance Sreeju today, June 29. The couple had a simple traditional wedding at Guruvayoor Temple in Kerala. The actress, who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema, shared dreamy photos from her wedding album to announce the union.

As per the traditions, the couple got married early morning on June 29. For the wedding, Meera wore a golden saree accessorised with statement jewellery, while the groom looked handsome in a white mundu with a matching patka. Sharing the photo, she wrote, "My life and love," followed by heart and infinity emoticons".

Lights On Creations, Meera's wedding photographers, also shared a series of posts featuring special moments shared between the two families. Sharing the adorable photos of the couple post-wedding, they wrote, "Meera and Sreeju’s Joyous Wedding at the Serene Guruvayoor Temple. On June 29, 2024, amidst the ornate splendor of Guruvayoor Temple, Meera and Sreeju exchanged sacred vows, uniting their lives in a beautiful Hindu wedding ceremony. The couple’s faces shone with radiant happiness as they walked hand-in-hand , surrounded by their loved ones who showered them with blessings!"

Meera and her husband Sreeju reportedly met through a matrimony site. He is an accountant based in London.

Who is Meera Nandan?

Meera made her acting debut in Malayalam cinema with the 2008 movie Mulla which won her accolades. The next year she made her Tamil cinema debut with Vaalmiki and quickly signed a few more in Tamil language: K. T. Kunjumon's Kadhalukku Maranamillai, Ayyanar and Suriya Nagaram. The actress was last seen in the 2023 movie Ennalum Ente Aliya. Besides being an actress, she is also a Radio Jokey at Gold 101.3 FM in Ajman (United Arab Emirates).
