After Amitabh Bachchan, Kriti Sanon Buys A Plot In Alibaug Spanning 2000 Sq Feet Worth Over Rs 2 Cr

Mimi actress Kriti Sanon had recently made an investment addition to her real estate portfolio in 2024. Hypen co-founder has acquired a substantial plot in the scenic town of Alibaug, sharing the same exclusive development as the legendary Amitabh Bachchan. Kriti Sanon has invested in a 2,000-square-foot plot, neighbouring the Piku actor's residence.

According to media reports, Kriti Sanon purchased the premium plot in The House of Abhinandan Lodha's (HoABL) luxury project, Sol de Alibaug, in Alibaug. The actress, last seen in Crew, spent Rs 2 crore on the plot and signed the deal on 11 July 2024. The project is located in the beautiful town of Alibaug, just 20 minutes from the Mandwa Jetty and a 60-minute sea journey from South Mumbai.

In April 2024, Amitabh Bachchan bought a 10,000 sq ft plot in the same Alibaug luxury project for Rs 10 crore. Interestingly, Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan share another real estate connection. In 2021, Amitabh Bachchan rented his duplex apartment on the 27th and 28th floors of the Atlantis building in Lokhandwala, Mumbai, to Kriti Sanon for a monthly rent of Rs 10 lakh.

Kriti Sanon is actively venturing into production, making her mark behind the camera as well.
