Russia has decided to release all Indians serving in the Russian Army and will facilitate them after Prime Minster Narendra Modi raised this issue with President Vladimir Putin during his 2-day visit to Moscow, as per sources.The issue was raised at a private dinner between the leaders of the two countries hosted by Putin last evening.
