US Deploys Nuclear Submarine In Middle East As Iran's Attack On Israel Looms
US has decided to send USS Georgia, a nuclear submarine towards middle east amid rising tension between Israel and Iran.

Washington: In a step towards boosting its military presence in the Middle East, the United States has announced the deployment of a USS Georgia, a nuclear-powered submarine towards the region. With this move. Pentagon is strongly indicating its posture amidst the rising tensions between Israel and Iran following the assassination of top commanders of Hezbollah and Hamas.
Nuclear Submarine Deployed In Middle East
USS Georgia which has been stationed in the Mediterranean Sea since July is heading towards the middle region, according to Penatagon.
As per the statement issued by the Pentagon, Defence Secretary Austin had ordered the Abraham Lincoln strike group to accelerate its deployment to the region.
"Secretary Austin reiterated the United States’ commitment to take every possible step to defend Israel and noted the strengthening of U.S. military force posture and capabilities throughout the Middle East in light of escalating regional tensions," the statement added.
