India at Paris Olympics Day 7 Highlights: Lakshya Sen Advances To Semi-Finals, Bhaker Into Finals

Lakshya Sen has advanced into the semi-final of Paris Olympics after beating Chou 19-21, 21-15, 21-12. 

Lakshya Sen has a four point lead at the break as he leads Chou 11-17. Ten more points separates Sen to the semis.

The third and final set to decide whether Lakshya Sen will make the semis or not. 

Lakshya Sen has taken the second set after an excellent showing as he stormed to a 21-15 win. All comes down to the third and final set. 

Lakshya Sen has the advantage in second set as he leads 11-10 at break.

The first set of the quarterfinal between Sen and Chou was as intense as it can get. Sen narrowly lost 21-19. This is the first time Lakshya Sen has dropped a set in Paris games. 

Lakshya Sen is down at the break but only by a whisket as he trails first set 11-9 at midway mark. The match promises to be a thrilling affair.

South Korean archers have taken a 4-2 lead. India in dire position, have to win the 4th series.

India's sole rower Balraj finished 5th at Final D of Men's Sculls rowing with his best timing in Paris of 7:02:37 He overall finished 23rd at this competition This is a huge achievement for Indian Army men Balraj who was introduced to rowing only 4 years ago

In series 3 of precision, Manu receives 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 9, and bags 99. In qualification precision, she comes in third. Esha, meanwhile, places tenth.

Today's events in athletics include the women's 5000m heats, which will include Ankita Dhyani and Parul Chaudhary. Tajinderpal Singh Toor will compete in the men's shot put qualifier.
