Bristish GP Winner Lewis Hamilton Admits His Love For Indian Food, Reveals Favourite Indian Dish

After a wait of nearly three years, Lewis Hamilton is a Grand Prix winner once again in Formula 1 as he fend off challenge from Max Verstappen and Lando Norris to win his home race at British Grand Prix 2024.  

Post his epic Silverstone victory, Lewis Hamilton revealed how he planned to celebrate his 104th F1 win in Indian style. In a surprising moment, Lewis Hamilton admitted his love for Indian food and revealed his favourite Indian Dish.

In his post race press conference, Lewis Hamilton was reflecting on his latest F1 win and he was asked whether he got the chance to have the Britain's Traditional Roast Dinner during his home Grand Prix. But Lewis Hamilton said he did not get time for Roast dinner. 

However, Lewis Hamilton surprisingly revealed that he planned to celebrate his Silverstone win by having Indian Food. He admitted that he absolutely loves Indian food and suggested that his favourite dish might be an Indian Curry.

“I didn't have a roast dinner last night. I would've loved roast dinner, my step mum makes the best roast dinner and I'd go out of my way to have one so maybe I'll get one tomorrow. I think tonight I am going to have a good Curry. Indian food, I love Indian food. Last night, I had something normal,” revealed Lewis Hamilton.

Lewis Hamilton Breaks Michael Schumacher's Record

Lewis Hamilton's latest Silverstone triumph meant that he has now won 9 British Grand Prix throughout his career. 

This means that Lewis Hamilton has broken Michael Schumacher's record of most wins at a single racetrack in Formula 1 history.
