Niharika Konidela Opens Up About Her Life After Divorce From Chaitanya: My Parents Might Want...

Niharika Konidela got married to Chaitanya JV in December 2020, but after three years in July 2023, the couple parted ways. Now a year later, the actress is said to be in a better place. In an interview with Great Andhra, the actress opened up about her past relationship and hopes of finding love again someday.

When asked if she was personally in a better place, Niharika replied that "cloud has passed" and is now focusing on her work. The actress added that she is looking forward to both acting and producing good movies.

When asked if she's looking to find love again, Niharika replied, "I just want to be happy, be it single or committed. If the time comes...I don't want to go against nature or go searching for it; if it happens, it happens. My parents also give me space, even if they might want me to find someone, they don't pressure me.”

When Niharika Konidela opened up about her divorce for the first time

Apart from sharing a public note about their divorce, the former couple never revealed the reason behind their divorce. It was only after months of filing for divorce, that Niharika revealed that she went through a lot.  In an interview with YouTuber Nikhil Vijayendra Simha, Niharika said "I went through a lot, and it was very difficult coping with the unexpected end of a relationship."

She added, "Marriage is a big institution, and irrespective of economic or cultural status, it is a big journey for everyone. Be it a Udaipur or a registered wedding, no one spends a bomb just to part ways in a couple of years".

Meanwhile, on the work front, Niharika will be next seen in the Telugu movie What the Fish. More details regarding the movie are awaited.
