OG Sodhis Gurucharan Singh And Jennifer Mistry Reunite, Sparks Rumours Of TMKOC Return

Gurucharan Singh aka Sodhi of the renowned comedy show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is once again in the headlines. The actor, who reportedly disappeared a few months back, is now in Mumbai and is enjoying his time in the city with family and old colleagues.

In a video going viral on social media, Gurucharan can be seen giving a surprise visit to his former TMKOC co-stat Jennifer. Along with the video, he wrote in the caption, “Jab We Met Again”.

Fans seeing them together after a long time couldn’t contain their excitement and flooded the comments section. One user wrote, “Roshan And Roshan Sodhi Best Jodi In Old TMKOC Episodes’.  Another user wrote, “No one can replace this jodi in TMKOC”. “Best Jodi. There will never be a couple like Roshan & Roshan”, wrote the third social media user. For the unversed, Gurucharan and Jennifer Mistry quit the show few years back.

Gurucharan won’t return to TMKOC?

According to reports, producer of the show Asit Modi has rubbished the rumours of Gurucharan playing the role again of Sodhi in TMKOC again. Even after leaving the show, the duo often meet whenever Gurucharan visits Mumbai.

About his disapperance, Asit shared, “I was worried about him for what he did sometime back and out of concern I messaged him. He visited our office today and we had a heart-to-heart conversation today and gave him best wishes for his future."

All about Gurucharan Singh

Gurucharan Singh played the role of Roshan Sodhi since the shows inception in 2008. He left the show in 2013 but returned due to public demand. He left the show again in 2020. His disappearance in April this year led to his fans being worried for his well-being.  

He returned back home after 26 days. Media reports suggest that he had confessed to the police officials that he visited various Gurudwaras in cities like Amritsar and Ludhiana.
