Harleen Sethi Breaks Silence On Being Labelled As Vicky Kaushal's Ex-Girlfriend: I Have A Problem...

Vicky Kaushal is giving his fans serious couple goals after marrying Katrina Kaif in December 2021. However, before her, he dated actress Harleen Sethi for a few years and parted ways in 2019. Since then, the Broken But Beautiful actress has been referred to as Vicky's ex-girlfriend. In a recent interview, the actress reacted to being labelled as Vicky's former girlfriend and said she doesn't like to identify herself with it.

In an interview with Filmygyan, Harleen was asked if she ever felt an identity crisis as she is often labelled as Vicky's ex-girlfriend. To this, the actress pointed at her Instagram handle's bio and said it has only two words, "I Am" and has nothing beyond that. "My Instagram bio has two words, 'I Am'...aage kuch nahin hai...(It doesn't have anything beyond that)". She added, “I have a problem in general with identifying myself with anything.”

Not just being someone's girlfriend, she won't even refer to herself as an actor as she has various roles to play in life, like being a daughter, sister or friend.

Has Harleen Sethi moved on?

In the same conversation, the actress was asked whether she still cherishes her past relationship with Vicky Kaushal or has she moved on. To this, Harleen replied one has to experience all in life. So according to her, it is "very important" to be grateful for everything and everybody who comes in life-giving experiences and lessons. She stressed that there is "no point" in holding onto something from the past when the "ship has sailed".

She is popularly known for her performance in Broken But Beautiful Season 1-2, Kohrra and the short film Entanglement. Recently, she was seen in a web series Bad Cop, co-starring Gulshan Devaiah. The series was adapted from the German television series Bad Cop - kriminell gut.
