NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024 Notification OUT, Application Begins For 102 Vacancies, Here's Link

New Delhi: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has invited online applications for recruitment against 102 vacancies for the post of assistant manager. The aspirants can apply online till August 15 through the official website- nabard.org.  As per the notification, NABARD phase 1 preliminary exam will be held on September 1, 2024. 

“It is clarified that candidate applying for Asst. Manager (RDBS) - General cannot apply for another discipline and vice versa. Similarly, candidates applying for Asst. Manager (Rajbhasha) cannot apply for Asst. Manager (RDBS) and vice versa. b) The candidate can apply only for ONE Post/Discipline of his / her choice. In case of multiple applications across or within disciplines for Grade A (RDBS), only the last application submitted will be considered valid and fee against all other applications will be forfeited,” the official notification reads.

NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING SERVICE) (RDBS)--

(i) General -Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50%) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/ICWA OR Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC . 

(ii) Chartered Accountant- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-07-2024. 

(iii) Finance: BBA (Finance / Banking) / BMS (Finance / Banking) from any recognized University /Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate 

OR Two years full time PG. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) /MMS (Finance) degree with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50%) in aggregate from Institutions / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Candidates will be required to submit a certificate from Institution/University regarding specialization in finance. 

OR Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55%) (Desirable : Candidates with Chartered Financial Analyst degree from (CFA InstituteUSA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) degree from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Professional Risk Manager degree from Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA), Certificate in ESG Investing from (CFA Institute-USA), Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

iv) Computer/Information Technology: Four years Bachelor’s Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Data Science / Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from any recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate 

OR Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Computer Applications/Information Technology / Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Data Science / Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution 

OR Graduate with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution AND having passed Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) ‘B’ Level. (Desirable: Candidate with diploma or post graduate diploma in Data Science) 

(v) Agriculture: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from any recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (PWBD applicants - 55%) in aggregate OR Two years full time Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with a minimum of 55% marks (PWBD applicants - 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution.

 Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RAJBHASHA)  Eligibility Criteria

(i) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%) or equivalent in aggregate 

AND (ii) PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University. Candidates must have studied English and Hindi as subjects in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course. 

OR Master’s Degree in HINDI with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%). Candidates must have studied English as main/ elective subject in at least 02 years of Bachelor’s Degree course. 

OR Master’s Degree in ENGLISH with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%). Candidates must have studied Hindi as main/elective subject in at least 02 years of Bachelor’s Degree course.
